This condo has beautiful views. There is always something to watch on the water full: whales, sky, divers, cruise ships, and boats. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The on-site housekeeper/maintenance person was also excellent. Be mindful that from 3 PM until sunset, the deck is in full sun. We found it was too hot for us. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

Property was fantastic! Perfectly incredible views of the ocean and sunsets (which we enjoyed nightly). Great poolside service that was complimented the tranquility of the entire property. The whole place was so peaceful; a welcome difference from the normal resort crowds and noise. Of course, if you want the party, it's a 5 min walk down the beach, but I only did that 2 of my 14 days. Off property, it was 5min walking distance to amazing restaurants (Porfirios / Leche). As opposed to even a nice hotel suite, the spaciousness of the condo was so comfortable I ended up staying a second week, and never got that “ugh, I miss my bed and my home” vacation burnout. At the last minute, I decided I wanted to stay another week and Nelly (the property manager) had it sorted out in just a couple of hours. She also had groceries delivered, and sent a chef to cook dinner for us in the condo. Beyond Nelly, the security guards were just on top of everything, especially calling trustworthy cab drivers to help us run errands, tour other parts of the city, shuttle us to excursions, and were basically on-call 24/7 for anything I asked for. I will NEVER stay at a resort/hotel again after this experience; and am actually discussing a month-long rental next year. If you're looking for full service with upscale tranquility, this is the place, and Nelly will be in touch daily to make sure everything is perfect. I can't believe I haven't traveled like this before.

Everything was super great from my arrival, the hostess treated us excellently, I highly recommend them, the apartment was super clean and had everything necessary to spend an incredible vacation, 100% recommended, without a doubt we will return next year

Property is exactly as listed and beautiful! Traveled with my 3 children and location and building are very safe. Pool area is a 10/10 and was not over crowded like resorts. Pool and beach area offer food and drink service. Recommend using the transportation services to and from airport. Close proximity to restaurants, stores, and other activities.

Upon arrival, I was shown around the unit by the housekeeper, who was very pleasant. She showed me where extra towels were, where cutlery, plates etc. were in the kitchen. There was no drinking water available - it came the following morining. A suggestion: It would be very helpful to have a binder available for reference about how to operate appliances. It is a simple thing - most appliances have instructions in English, French, Spanish etc. A simple photocopy would have been appreciated. A friend staying in another unit had to explain how to use the stove/range. It is NOT intuitive. Using the TV was another problem which we had to contact Nelly about twice. Nelly was not able to contact the housekeeper, but finally found another employee and then told us to ask the Concierge. Again, instructions in English in a binder would have solved the problem. The binder could contain info about channels in English/French if available. I counted seven light bulbs out - including one over the stove/range in the kitchen and two in the master bathroom. Minor things?? Maybe, but frustrating. Nelly tried to contact the housekeeper over a couple of days with no success. Nelly was finally able to get one of the employees to change three bulbs, but not all. The binder could also include information for first-time visitors about some cultural aspects, For example, the expectations around tipping in grocery stores. We relied on friends staying in another unit to tell us about this.

The staff were ll very helpful and friendly. The views were awesome, morning and night. We loved the security and lovely grounds. The pools and the beach were great. We had people that loved to sleep outside on the daybed. We need to have lots of bug spray next time. It was a great vacation for all.

The picture used by VRBO doesn’t do this place justice. It is very beautiful. Beach is right in front of the property. So many pools and plenty of lounge chairs. The beach has little palapas. There is drink and food service at the pool and beach. Walks to restaurants are easy. The facility is quiet. Such a nice place to escape to.

Our family of five (adults) enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is fantastic in our opinion. Walking distance to everything you might need (Costco and local shops). The pools are amazing, including a 30 meter lap pool. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful condo! The views from the balcony were stunning. Check in process was easy. It’s a huge condo which was great for our family. The pool and beach area were really nice and clean. I needed playpens for my kids and Nelly arranged it all so when we arrived they were already set up which was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is great for a family vacation. We all love to swim and the pools here are the best I've ever seen. The beach has easy access and you can walk in either direction. The water in the bay is warm. The condo itself is huge, comfortable, and has all the conveniences you could ever want. The balcony is perfect for watching sunsets or just reading and relaxing while looking at the bay. Our two adult sons both have demanding jobs and this was the ideal place for them to unwind and relax. Went into town just twice (busy and touristy) but mainly just hung around the pool and beach. Even though there was some construction going on the condo is quiet. If you are safety conscious you will feel very secure at the complex. You have to go through a guard station to get in and there is even a security gate that leads to the beach. Getting around by Uber was easy and fast. I highly recommend staying here for a truly memorable vacation.

We were extremely impressed with this place and the property. Overall the unit is well kept and spacious. The pictures do it justice, and that view is quite something. We absolutely loved the security features, the pool staff and everyone we interacted with that works on the property. The pool has amazing food and drinks for very reasonable prices delivered right to you for the whole day. The service is impeccable down there, look out for Ever and Luis. They will take excellent care of you. We went every day for that and the amazing day beds. The pool is large and very nice with smaller foot deep pools that give it a nice expansive feel and a good place to sit later in the day(it can be a little hot in direct sun). Only draw back is the loud music from the resort next door, it wasn’t terrible but it’s loud with driving bass lines. I recommend to bring your own speaker and bump it, they won’t mind. The access to beach is just steps away and is very quiet and calm compared to other tourist beaches you will find in Mexico. There were a few vendors walking around, but not too many. There was even someone offering extremely reasonably priced massages. A few of us even went back everyday! There is an amazing coffee spot just a 30 second walk outside the security gate called Cafetop and a Starbucks if it’s Sunday and you want coffee. Plus, a great Irish style rock bar with a pool table about 1 min walk away in the same general center. We went multiple times due to the proximity and they always had great live music. The bunk beds were a bit low and challenging to sleep in as an adult without hitting your head and or knees and the wifi isn’t the best for working out of, but everything else was rather perfect. We’ll definitely be coming back. Don’t forget to book yourself a reservation at La Madalena, about a 12min drive away. It will blow you away! Don’t let the 4 $ signs fool you, it’s not that expensive (most dishes) and it will be the best thing about your vacation. Thanks to our host Nelly! We will be back again 😀

Puerto Vallarta was a great/safe place to visit. The Condo has an amazing view of the ocean, pool amenities were top notch. Great location being next to the airport, marina and shops/restaurants.

(Long review but hopefully informative) This was our first vacation to Puerto Vallarta so there were things that were very new to us. This place was comfortable with the most beautiful views. Plenty of seating area. The balcony was a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. During our stay we got to enjoy the view of people parasailing and even an awesome pirate ship sailing by. It had plenty of sleep space for our family of 7. The last night we stayed it was a little stormy so sitting out on the deck listening to the rain and watching the lighting far into the sea was soooooooo relaxing and did not disappoint. Master room with Master bathroom was perfect! Kids room was great also with bunk beds. Check in felt like a little to much, but it may be the norm for locations there, but i think worthy of mentioning incase you are new to it like us. Upon check in, everyone had to get armband. Including kids, if LOST (not damaged) replacement would be 500 pesos per armband. We were also told we were not allowed to have any visitors. I think the listing should clarify no visitors. It did say no events but that to me means no throwing parties . It was definitely a little stressful because my sister and brother n law flew out just for the weekend to be there for my 40th birthday, but were not allowed to visit. So we never got to enjoy our company at our place or on the beach. We had to always leave to meet with them. So if you plan on going with a group and want to enjoy the pools or beach here make sure everyone else books here too with you. Also, (again may be the norm) we were told to unplug everything and turn off all ac while away. It did suck coming home from a hot day out to a hot home. Ceiling fans thanksfully helped cool the home down quicker. (Kids room cooled down the fastest) Walking distance to a Starbucks and super yummy Cafe! Would we stay there again, definitely, just make sure to have everyone try and book there. The balcony and view itself does it for me! Not to mention, Daisy (our host) was super friendly and very helpful!

We loved the views and plethora of activities to do. The food by the pool / beach was just excellent - great Margs! A/C was cold in the rooms, very nice condo! Owner and Manager were easy to work with, just watch the rainy season as it can rain in the afternoons. Would like to come back when the Whales are in the bay!

Overall this property is exactly what we needed! Spacious enough for a large family. We had a 4 year old and an infant, and felt totally comfortable and safe. The condo itself has a restaurant you can order from and pool/beach side service for drinks as well. Pools and beach access are super easy and convenient. Very secure condo complex, close to the airport and lots of amenities close by. Shopping mall, Starbucks, other restaurants and cafes all within a 3-5 minute walk. Only downside to our trip was the construction going on around the pool. Not a huge issue, but a bit of noise during the day and the smaller pools were closed. We were able to work around it and enjoy every minute nonetheless.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo SO MUCH. My mother in law was impressed with cleanliness, quiet and safety. Our young children were endlessly entertained at the pool and enjoyed the friendly staff at the Peninsula. The poolside snack bar serves up coconut shrimp and daiquiris all afternoon. Nelly was so easy to communicate with. Thank you, thank you for the most restful vacation I’ve ever had. We will be back!

This was our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, and we loved it so much! This is an ideal spot to stay with small children-- Nelly helped us get a pack n play for our toddler, and the giant, shallow pools were perfect for hours of safe water play. The huge deck is great for watching the boats in the bay all day long. The only consideration-- not a drawback for us!-- is you have to take a cab almost everywhere you go. They are cheap (negotiate before you get in) and easy to find, so we didn't ever mind hopping in a cab to go for dinner. We loved this unit and can't wait to go back to PV!

When you walk into the living room the view takes your breath away. It's simply stunning. The kitchen is very adequate, and the living space, including the patio, is very comfortable. Having a washer & dryer was a real plus. Nellie and the housekeeper, Daisy were very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place.

It's spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The views are INCREDIBLE! Kent, the host, was super communicative, responding to all my questions. Upon arrival, checking-in was easy and thorough. I was a little apprehensive about the Spanish/English communication, but the staff knows English well enough to answer questions and communicate what you need to know. We also loved the location of the condo (Peninsula Condominiums), quiet, peaceful not bombarded with an overwhelming amount of people. Most of the people were older, who we assumed lived in the Peninsula towers and found joy in talking to us each day we were swimming. Younger families, such as ourselves seemed to be visiting from other Mexico or US cities. Our kids even made vacation friends. The grounds were very clean. The staff constantly kept the shared spaces free of any debris. The pool and pool seating was being cleaned constantly. The staff at the pool snack bar were always pleasant and accommodating. We are already planning our next trip!

The Condo was exactly as presented. Clean and comfortable. The views are terrific from the common living areas. I would recommend this rental.

A truly luxurious unit with plenty of space and views you don’t want to leave. We came for a getaway after not being to go anywhere for so long … what an amazing first trip after a long drought! Everything you need is right there in the complex or within a few steps. Nelly was always easy to reach (we had a little hiccup with the reservation upon arrival) and resolved our issue quickly. If you want to detach yourself from life for a while, I highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our week in PV! The location is excellent if you will be doing excursions, the Marina is walking distance. The pools are awesome for both kids and adults. The beach is private and easily accessible. So many great things to say!

Beautiful property. The condo was massive. Thought our party of 8 was going to be tight. So much room and everything needed. My only complaint was the hot tub around the pool area didn’t work and the other nicer hot tub was for extended stay guest or owners. So there was no jacuzzi. Also we were not allowed to use the gym same rules as jacuzzi.

This place was just perfect-o! Close to the beach where you can relax on the deck and hear the ocean but not so high up that you can still see everything (4th floor). The Peninsula Condo's is a super safe, upscale facility with eye catching appeal. The home is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom large apartment with tons of extra beds and bedding as needed. In the morning and later afternoon after the sun goes down you can open the sliding doors and get a fabulous breeze from front to back. Each bedroom and the living room have their own AC unit which is nice. Very well stocked kitchen. We drank the water and ice from the fridge as there is a filter on it so no worries there. Uber was able to come in the gate, no problem. Super close walking distance to Starbucks and another coffee shop as well as a newer outdoor mall and a couple of restaurants. Nelly was easy to get ahold of the super responsive to questions. This home was so relaxing especially if you need a place for a respite. I fell asleep on the round patio chair on the deck the second night! The pools, though not deep, were just beautiful. There are also pools that are the perfect depths for young children. Beach access needs a key card so pay the $25 deposit for the key card and you'll get it back when you return the key. Elevator right to your door! They also have an onsite food and drink service that will serve you at the pool or bring it to your room. Their food was very good! They have a lady in the lobby (Marta) who will help you with excursions if you want. But be sure to check the online pricing so you get best deal. We did all our tours through Vallarta Adventures and they were all terrific. We also rented electric bicycles near the Malecon which were super fun! It was a 12 minute walk to the cruise port where we caught boats for excursions. It was good exercise and just as fast as waiting for an Uber on occasion. Would love to come back with more of my family or just with my husband. Would totally recommend to anyone!

Paradise!

We just returned from our trip. The Peninsula was fantastic and just what we were looking for! This is perfect beach front ocean view. We watched beautiful sunsets every evening, cruise ships coming and going, parasailing directly in front, fireworks on different evenings, as it is such a great view of the bay. Different from resort all inclusive atmosphere...quieter place and condo living versus the issues you can sometimes experience in many resorts where they may be more noisy and you can’t find a lounge chair to sit on as there is more people than spots or guests hold chairs early. The location is perfect, grocery shopping is close so we made many of our meals but also ventured out and had many opportunities to enjoy some dinners out rather than a committed “all inclusive” plan. The condo is very spacious and had the things we needed. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit to wash and dry towels when needed. We would recommend this place for sure and will look to come back.

The property is excellent. The condo itself is clean and spacious. It is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pool at the condo is extremely large and great for cooling off and looking out at the ocean. The staff and security at the condo are terrific. The location is very convenient. This is an easy place to stay because it is central, it is easy to get a taxi anywhere you need, you can take the city bus if you like, there is a nice outdoor mall nearby and there is also a Costco and Walmart that are close. The only negative for me was lack of beach towels and the beach towels, shower towels and linens were old and threadbare. Also, there needs to be more plates, cups and coffee mugs. All things that are easily fixed.

We will definitely stay here again. Perfect combo of private pool and private beach! Thank you!

We enjoyed our three night stay, views are wonderful condo is larger than expected. Beds typical for México and were hard but we still slept well. Kitchen well equipped for breakfast cooking which is a we tried as there are so many great restaurants in PV. Pool area wonderful too. Staff at reception very helpful too.

Booking was a breeze. Nelly is there every step of the way and available if needed. The Peninsula complex is beautiful, modern and very safe. The condo is in excellent condition and has an amazing view from wall to wall. The pool is huge with pristine water and there are always available pool side chairs. The complex has its own access to the beach. The beach is very clean and the water nice and warm. Motorized beach activities are just steps from the complex beach. The condo has three ample rooms rooms with a King, Queen, full and twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a grocery store half a block just north of The Peninsula entrance. Unfortunately you can only use the gym if you are staying for 30 days or longer. Overall this condo is an excellent place to enjoy paradise.

Great condo and plenty big for 5 of us. Amazing views from the balcony. Nelly was very accommodating and quickly responded to any questions I had. Pool was big and we could always find a place to relax. Plenty to do and everything is either walking distance or a cab ride away. We'll be back.

My family spent a week at this beautiful condo and give it 5 stars! The place was furnished with everything you could ask for and was beautifully furnished and very clean. It also has great proximity to wonderful restaurants and was just a short drive to Centro. We will be coming back next year! Also, thanks to Nelly for arranging a smooth check-in and our airport transportation etc. - you're in great hands with her!

Loved our stay at the Peninsula - joined family members (13 of us) for a week of sun, sand and relaxation. The facilities are first class and Nelly went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The property is beautiful. The condo was plenty big for the six of us, the deck was wonderful for eating/chatting, the view was great, the property was clean. Nelly was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. Concierge was great as well! Really could not ask for more.

The condo is located in one of the best spots in the PV area. The view from the west terrace is amazing. You get to watch the sun set every evening and if you get up early enough, you can watch the cruise ships come into port. The condo is well appointed and has pretty much everything you need for your stay. One thing not mentioned that we found out about is you can obtain ice and a big jug of water from the reception desk in the building for a cost less than a much smaller jug at the local grocery store. The pool is very large and we rarely had to search for a place to lay down and soak up some vitamin D. It is also right on the beach if you prefer to lounge there. This condo is great value for the cost and I highly recommend it. Our family of five had plenty of room and a great time in PV.

Right as you walk in the door you are greeted with the most awe inspiring view. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the waves, the skydivers, the birds, boats on the water and even whales while having our morning coffee or taking in that amazing sunset that bathed the entire unit in spectacular colors while sipping a glass of wine. The unit was fully stocked with lots of towels, beach towels with extra pillows and blankets. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for coffee in the morning and preparing meals. The pool was beautiful and we met lots of friendly people while also being able to order food and drinks by the pool. There are several restaurants within walking distance, from casual feet in sand at el oasis with delicious shrimp, to the upscale porfirios with great service, music and cocktails. Downtown and the romantic zone with their shopping and dining are a short cab ride away. Nelly arranged transportation for us to and from the airport and even was able to upsize us to a van at the last minute to accommodate my husbands fishing poles and his cooler of fish he caught. From the booking to checkout everything was great. I would highly recommend this spacious, clean and beautiful rental for anyone looking for a safe, centrally located vacation in Puerto Vallarta.

The apartment has an incredible view and is spacious, modern and nicely decorated. The pools are also so nice, our kids could stay hours in it, so do we! It is also well located. There are some shops, restaurants and a food truck park just nearby and we could easily taxi to Downtown. That was a perfect vacations! Thank you Nelly!

The condo and the Peninsula Towers that it is in are lovely. Nelly helped us with transportation to and from the airport. The driver was very polite and on time. She also was very helpful with the booking and anything else we needed. The condo is very nicely appointed and clean and comfortable. However the 2nd bedroom says it is a queen bed when it is only a double. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. The pool area is delightful and very well kept. Perfect for small children to adults. The Bar Cafe in the building was an added treat for pool side drinks or snacks or lunch. Great drinks and food. They deliver to you pool side and will even deliver to your condo. The shopping center outside the gates is a great location for Starbucks and restaurants and the grocery store is with in walking distance. There is also a little convenience store close by. We did the Rhythm Of The Night show and dinner and I highly recommend this to everyone. The pier where you catch the boat is with in walking distance. Great boat ride in the bay to the location of the show. Fabulous entertainment and delicious dinner. Will do this again. Took my grand daughter who is 9 and would say this age or older would be appropriate but not younger children. Boat ride can be a little rough and it is a late night and drinks flow. The beach is wonderful to walk on and very clean. Our stay was relaxing but too short.

This condo has wonderful views and a great pool! Felt safe and in a great location. Nelli was quick to respond and easy to work with. Bring your own beach towels! The bathroom(s) could have been stocked better with towels. Washer and dryer (in-house) came in handy.

Our stay at the apartment 4c was great. Very spacious, very clean, wonderful views, fantastic sunsets. Everything you need for a great stay.The beds are firm and showers are just great,hot water in an instant. Yolanda the apartment cleaner does a great job too. Watching the world go by from the balcony was so peaceful, the fishing boats, whales breaching and the people parachuting onto the beach was a sight to see. All in all a very good stay. My family and I rented this apartment for 3 days. The apartment is very spacious and has a breathtaking view of both, sunrise and sunset. The people at condo were extremely nice and helpful. Nelly accommodated our needs and was very helpful. Every single of my family member enjoyed the stay and took unforgettable memories.

This place is gorgeous and amazing. The floor plan is very spacious and the living room/dining/kitchen area all overlook a beautiful oceanfront/beach/swimming pool view. The balcony is the ideal place for a peaceful morning cup of coffee or to enjoy a meal or to just sit and lounge. The pool area is pristine and there are lovely lounge chairs surrounding it. You can wade across a shallow pool to a jacuzzi or to more lounge chairs. The shallow wading pools are also ideal for small children. There is an indoor/outdoor pool, small gym, spa and small bar/cafe that serves breakfast and afternoon snacks. You can eat in the cafe or they will deliver food and beverages poolside. Note that the cafe only takes cash. The building staff was super friendly and helpful and it was a short walk to Starbucks and the grocery store or a cab ride downtown. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. It's an ideal vacation rental.

This unit and the Peninsula Towers complex were stunning. Gorgeous, beautiful and we were beyond impressed. Beginning when we were dropped off at the underground garage, the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. We were in the unit and at the pool within 10 minutes. Nelly was so helpful prior to arrival and there is no lengthy check in process. It is so easy. The condo unit is large, comfortable and flawless. The kitchen is amazing, bedrooms are super comfortable. The bathrooms are all gorgeous. The wifi worked great, TV is gigantic. The AC was nice but not necessary. The view from the unit is unparalleled. Situated right in the middle of Bandaras Bay the sunset is unbelievable. For a few days an amazing yacht was parked in the ocean for us to enjoy. The pool is gigantic. If you have babies or toddlers you will love the first layer of the pool. The center of the pool is also huge and only about 3-4 feet deep. Our boys, 6 & 9, could touch the bottom which made playing in the pool safe and fun. We walked to the grocery store easily and cabbed home. Stocked the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Ate dinner out most days. We could bring a cooler (provided) to the pool. There was also poolside service of lunch/drinks. It was very inexpensive. We were there over spring break and it was not crowded. There were plenty of open chairs/loungers at the pool. There is also a lot of shade at the pool provided by the towers and umbrellas. The beach is awesome, huge waves (be careful). A few friendly vendors as well. The Peninsula Towers are in the best location! We have stayed at the Krystal on prior trips which is located right next door to the north. We ate breakfast there one morning, a really gorgeous and inexpensive buffet. Highly recommend that. Favorite steak house at Plaza Neptune was the Sonora Grill. They had a separate kids room with TV and games where the kids played until our food arrived. It was awesome! If you are up for some dining adventure, check out Los Mapaches. There are 15-20 'domesticated' raccoons that run around this taco restaurant which is right near the marina on the main road. We golfed Vista Vallarta which was perfect as always. Golf is a little pricey but the caddie was only an additional $15 each. I also worked out at Crossfit Vallarta, just a short cab ride away. They were wonderful! Truly, we can't say enough about Nelly's condo, the Peninsula Towers and Puerto Vallarta. We love it. We will be back.

We stayed at Nelly's VRBO from Jan 10 to 17. We have been to Mexico twice before, once near Puerto Vallarta, both at all-inclusives, and wanted to try something different. We have two kids, ages 8 and almost 3. The condo is huge! And so incredibly beautiful. It goes the length of the building, so you see all ocean out the front window and the city, mountains, and sunrise out the back balcony. The condo complex was very quiet when we were there, and we spent a lot of time in the pools. The pools are shallow and great for kids but you could also get some swimming in if you need. The very shallow pool by the lounge chairs is perfect for little kids - you can easily supervise them while lounging and having a cool drink. Service on the deck for drinks and light food was awesome (the nachos are pretty great), and you can easily access the beach from the pool area. Three bedrooms (one with bunks and a trundle bed) and three bathrooms meant we had space to spare, which is nice when there are sleep issues. In-house laundry was SO HELPFUL, and meant we could pack less overall (also, just so useful with kids). The dishes are not microwave safe but there are storage dishes to use for this. In general we ate breakfast in the condo, sometimes lunch (or ordered a light lunch from the lounge downstairs) and took a taxi to Puerto Vallarta in the late afternoon to explore and try out restaurants we found on Trip Advisor. Taxis are very affordable, but if you are eating out be sure to budget. Within a 5 minute walk there is a Starbucks and two banks. The Starbucks has a small play area with swings and slides for kids which was nice. There is also a very quiet, very good spa in the same mall as the Starbucks.There is a high-end open air mall very close by as well, with stores just opening. It has a cool turtle pond - a great distraction for little ones! Ivan and the rest of the staff at Peninsula Tower 1 were always very helpful and friendly. Nelly was always easy to reach by text, and it was so wonderful to have a cleaning person come through every two days! Although our adventures tend to take us in different directions, we would definitely stay here again if we come to PV, and we will recommend it to friends! Thanks for everything!

My husband, mother-in-law, young daughter and I stayed in this condo for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The development has excellent security, the view from the condo is great and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. It was wonderful to have Starbucks such a short walk and the grocery store is also an easy walk with plentiful cabs to take you back to the condo upon return. The pool is huge and well-maintained, and the beach is just a short flight of steps down from the pool. We definitely recommend this condo to others looking for a good home base in Puerto Vallarta! Nelly was very easy to work with, responsive and pleasant!

This place is amazing! The condo is spacious, open and has incredible oceanfront/beach views. The main infinity pool (no deeper than 4 feet) is huge and stretches across all three condo tower buildings. There are wonderful 2 person padded round chaise lounge couches (not easily seen in the pictures) and also standard beach loungers that line the pool to relax in during the day along with really nice large umbrellas to provide shade. Great to sit & watch the sky divers parachute in & land right on the beach in front of you. The beach was great, too, and there are lounge chairs with little palm thatched umbrellas for shade. This building also has a separate indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi inside along with a small basic gym that has a few treadmills, ellipticals and weight machines. A small bar/restaurant is in the building with wait staff that serve drinks and food (limited menu, but enough to find something to satisfy most everyone & they'll even deliver to your room). The condo actually has 3 full bathrooms; 2 are located in each of the bedrooms and the hall bath has a full shower. We are a family of 4 and stayed over Christmas & New Year's and everyone had plenty of room. We loved that it was so well located with just a short ride (10-15 mins) away from downtown (great street tacos) and the Malecon (Puerto Vallarta's boardwalk), but also close (about 7-8 mins) to the Marina Vallarta which has great restaurants, a cool farmer's market on Thu. evenings and where a number of tour operators for scuba diving, snorkeling and deep sea fishing depart from. There is also a Walmart, Sam's Club and Soriana supermarket nearby (less than a mile away) that has everything you need including beer & liquor. It is also not too far from Nuevo Vallarata if you want to swim with the dolphins or sea lions (really fun & cool experience) or walk the beaches at night to watch turtles lay their eggs and do a baby turtle release. You don't need to rent a car as the taxis are numerous & cheap. Most rides we took ranged from $3-$8. The condo building staff are very friendly and helpful (they'll bring you bottled water (not that you need it), ice & were always willing to call a taxi). We always felt safe and there were 2 security staff at the entrance 24/7 & 1 at the beach entrance during the day. I would highly recommend Puerto Vallarta and can't imagine staying anywhere else other than the Peninsula for a truly great and memorable vacation.

The condo is stunning-- the pictures do not do it justice in size, it is very spacious. Great quality also. The views are unparalleled with the mountains to your left and the wide open ocean in front of you. The pools are exquisite, so pristine and well maintained. You could spend all day at the edge of the infinity pool just watching the birds swoop over the ocean. After a day of zip lining or deep sea fishing, this is the perfect place to come home to. Peaceful and inviting! The condo is a ten minute taxi ride (at most) from the town center. Taxis are very affordable and easy to get. You certainly don't need to go into town since there is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. The beach and pool areas are not crowded, you will have no trouble getting a lounge chair for either but it is not so quiet that you get bored. My teenagers loved to go out to the beach and take a walk-- people to see and places to go but very safe and not crowded. You get a beautiful beach without the chaos of the crowded beaches in town. Condo staff available 24/7 and very friendly, always ready to help in any way they can. You can't go wrong booking here.

This condo is absolutely perfect! The beach and pool are more amazing than the photos. The condo was very roomy and perfect for three couples or a large family. Sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. Everything you need is a short walk- restaurants, bars, shops, grocery stores. It's close enough to downtown for a short cab ride but far enough away for a quiet relaxing stay. Will rent again!
