The peninsula and Nelly's units are always our favorite destination in PV! The views, the pool and beach are without compare. One of our favorite elements is the pool and beach side bar service. The food is very tasty and drinks are inexpensive. The location of the peninsula is also perfect. A 5 minute cab ride (100 pesos) to the marina for dinner, a 10 minute cab ride to the Malecon and walking distance from loads of great restaurants (Porfirios, Vaca Argentina) and shopping make it really relaxing and enjoyable. Nelly is very responsive and check in was extremely easy. We enjoyed our stay, as always and a few of us even went sky diving (skydivevallarata) and it was amazing!

What a great place to spend a vacation with our family! The weather was perfect and this condo in Tower 2 is very comfortable and roomy. Our contact with Nelly was excellent. She immediately took care of a few minor problems we had. We love the location of Peninsula Towers. The furniture while not new was comfortable and serviceable. It worked out well. The Peninsula is in a great location for visiting old town by bus or uber. The restaurants near by, especially Cafe Top were very good. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. The biggest drawback is the Dance Club and Rock Fest that has incredibly loud music on Fri, Sat, and Sunday (not affiliated with The Peninsula). But, the beach, the pool and the condo will definitely bring me back.

Beautiful spacious condo in a great Hotel zone location. Corner unit with wrap around deck with expansive views of the beach and bay. Nelly was very supportive and responsive throughout our entire stay. I would highly recommend renting this condo and will definitely stay here again.

This was my first experience with ANY Vacation Rental and I was impressed of how much you can get for the price you pay on this kind of Property Rental. We were very pleased with the communication with the property manager in advance, as well during our stay. The condo was in very good shape and it made us feel welcomed with all the amenities available. Luxury accommodation. Totally impressed....!!! 100% recommended for a large group of people. (we were 9 people this time)

Location, location, location and - that is the key to this place!! Beautiful ocean front view with a huge wrap around porch. The general condition of the place could use some sprucing up…paint walls, fix mirror, couple of outlets didn’t work in the master bedroom. It basically feels like the place is getting close to needing a total update in terms of cabinets, counters, cupboards, etc. However, overall it was great because we loved the location which was ideal. The property is very secure, general amenity spaces around the pool and such were beautiful, plenty of towels and basic appliances and everything worked, balcony furnishings were excellent, beds and pillows were comfortable, place was clean and organized. The property manager was very responsive and professional, great English speaking skills so it was easy to communicate.

Nelly is a spectacular host, always in communication with me even before the day of the trip. The apartment is divine and impeccable and has EVERYTHING you need. Super-equipped kitchen the truth we didn't fight it at all. It would definitely be a apartment that I would rent again without any problem. As always, a pleasure to arrive in Peninsula, the attention and kindness of all the staff also add points to our stay. The only bad part is that for work we couldn't stay any longer. We hope to want Nelly soon!!!

Great overall property. Don't disagree with other reviewers and some of their negative comments but it would really be nitpicking on what i considering a great location. Access to stores is easy, solid restaurants for either fine dining or street food, clean and safe and with all the amenities one could need in a vacation rental. 10/10 would recommend to friends, 10/10 would stay here again in the future.

Nine days for seven adults and a one-year old in very comfortable 3-bedroom condo. Plenty of space, even a small bed in the laundry room if you need it. This unit is on the 15th floor. You have to be comfortable with heights. The views are amazing. We never had to wait for an elevator although the building was full. And, this isn't mentioned in the listing, but you have parachuters landing in front of your windows everyday. Windows wrap the entire unit. Every room has a view of the water or mountains. To awake in the master suite with the sun coming over the Sierra Madres was such a treat. Blinds and great AC kept the unit cool. We had an issue with one AC unit and Nelly got it fixed immediately. Easy fix and she even overcame our mistake when we sent the AC Repair guy away because my wife didn't know he was coming. Nelly is super responsive. While she had her own Christmas to celebrate, she was available all the time and immediately. The kitchen was a little under supplied but Nelly helped us out. If you don't know induction cooktops, this unit has an induction cooktop (no manual or instructions in the unit). Dishwasher needs to replaced. Dining room table seats 8 and we had such great family dinners. Two really good grocery stores within walking distance and a Costco is just a 70-peso taxi away. BTW, DVDs mentioned are in Spanish. The security at the building is very strong (seems like overkill, but I trust them). They are also strong in the public areas, (no shoeless, shirtless or wet people from the pool through the lobby. Also, no drinks in the pool or rough play). They run a tough ship. The pool is amazing in size and design. It needs some repairs but that isn't Nelly's issue. We had a one-year old and we could not have found a better pool for him. We also had seven adults and we enjoyed the pool and beach. We paid for Nelly's optional transportation out of convenience but I know that you can get a taxi from the condo to the airport for 150 pesos (our kids did it). Speaking of transportation, it is a half mile from the lobby to the city street. The good news is that you can take a bus to anywhere from that street. Lots of transportation options. If you are unfamiliar with PV (we where) the Peninsula is in modern PV. If you are thinking old coble stones, city squares and that Mexican feel, that is Zona Romantica. It was a 250-peso taxi ride for us to get there from the Peninsula. Not far but too far to walk (4 to 5 miles).

We loved the condo, very spacious corner unit, a huge wrap-around balcony with ocean and mountain views. The beachfront complex is beautiful and extremely well kept with 24 hr. security, only guests and residents have access. The pool is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, fully equipped kitchen. We hired a housekeeper a couple of times and she left the condo spotless (her name is Daisy) ask to reserve her services in advance. Nelly and Kent the property managers in Houston always kept in touch with us making sure we were enjoying our much-needed vacation after a long confinement due to Covid, they arranged restaurant reservations and referred us to a reliable driver, Uber is also available. We had an AC problem in one of the bedrooms and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Restaurants, supermarkets, shops are within walking distance, downtown, the Romantic Zone and the Marina district are a short cab ride. This property, staff and property managers deserve a solid 5 star review.

Basically loved this condo and entire property. The security and maintenance of the grounds were excellent. Everyone extremely helpful and friendly. Very spacious and well equipped unit. A couple of minor maintenance issues inside the condo, but otherwise a most enjoyable week. Would return again.

This property is stunning! WE enjoyed every minute of our stay here. Every morning with looked forward to the beautiful view from our deck along with sky divers dropping right in front of us and evening sunsets. The condo had everything to meet our needs and the staff were amazing. Pool is wonderful , grounds are well kept and high security. Would stay here again for sure.

We were so impressed that the condo was as pictured! It was super clean and lovely. The building was right on the beach. The pool was amazing. Everything was great. Our only complaint was that there was very little toilet paper and paper towel and no kleenex at all, so we had to run and buy all of that. Other than that, a perfect place and a wonderful stay.

Overall my group was very happy with this rental. The place was spotless and well organized. Even when trying to find things in the kitchen on nights we cooked, we were able to find everything we needed, including the items needed to clean up after ourselves. The location is fabulous. The views are amazing. There is a Soriana about a 5 minute walk away where you can find food, snacks, alcohol, or any toiletries you may have forgotten. No, this isn't walking distance to the areas you are likely to visit but we had everything we needed a short uber ride away from us. There was a massage service taking appointments near the pool area in the afternoons. Didn't end up booking a massage because we ran out of time but was hoping to get one done while there. Something worth noting - if you have any hesitations about security you do not need to worry about that in this place. Very organized about who is coming into and out of the property including your uber drivers - be prepared to let them know the car and driver information when you reserve ubers. The only area that I would like to see improved is the check-in process. I am aware of the need to keep certain information off of VRBO however once the final payment goes through, there is a lot of important information that should be passed along. Such as: unit number, tower number, step by step of the check-in process, information to have ready for the guard shacks, etc. I think this was intended to be sent but was not received. On a positive note - the property manager was readily available when I called inquiring for the information. Overall a very good, positive, and relaxing visit to this property and recommend for someone looking to relax.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was spacious and easily handled our family of 5. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool is huge and clean, and the beach is nice, clean and great for swimming. The condo property is secure and quiet. Communication with owner was prompt and easy. My only (slight) downgrade is, in our opinion, the lack of close and easily walkable food and dining options. There are some, but not a lot. Cab rides and uber are easy and cheap, but we would have liked a couple more options especially and the end of the day when we wanted something quick and informal. But would not stop us from returning - we would just buy a few more groceries next time. Overall Five Stars!!!

Several family members shared this condo as a prefunction to our nieces wedding. We loved it here! It was spacious and comfy for everyone. The property itself was quiet, safe, close to everything. We loved our stay at Peninsula. Nelly was very helpful throughout the whole process. This was our first time in PV with our 3 kids (12, 14, 16), and the condo was the perfect spot for us. The place is spacious enough for everyone to have their own area, but also has such an inviting living area with beautiful views to spend time together. We loved having our morning coffee and our afternoon cocktails on the balcony. We cooked dinner in on two of the nights, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that was needed. The location is also very close to a grocery store, a Starbucks and a new mall with a lot of cute shops. Everyone at Peninsula was very helpful and very friendly. We were able to easily arrange taxi service through the gentlemen at check-in desk for our many outings in PV and a couple of towns north of the city. We had access to the spa, and the poolside food and drink service was nice when we needed it during the sunny afternoons by the water. We had no problem finding places to lounge poolside; even during such a busy time of the year. If you’re looking between a couple of places in Puerto Vallarta-stop searching...this is the place you want to stay!

We had a group of 7 guys staying for a long weekend and the condo was perfect. Nice and secure with plenty of things to do at the property and nearby. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Nelly was very easy to work with as was Yolanda the housekeeper. The pool was fantastic and maybe it was the time of year but most of the time we were the only group at the pool. Bar service was good (cash only) and the food was excellent as well. The restaurants and shopping nearby were easy to access and high quality. Only a short ride to the romantic zone in a cab. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I just want to thank Nelly For being able to accommodate me within such a short notice. My family and I stay there for three nights. Place was spacious and we never felt crowded. All rooms had amazing views but my favorite view was from the master bedroom. Each room was equipped with AC and had its own bathroom. Place had a full kitchen that we utilized one evening to celebrate a family member‘s wedding anniversary. The outdoor pool is one of the biggest I’ve been in. This is my second time staying at the Peninsula towers and I won’t be my last. Highly recommend this place.

We LOVED our stay at the Peninsula! The unit was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. We loved the beautiful views from every room. Especially waking up to the sunrise over the mountains from the master bedroom and then watching the most beautiful sunset from the balcony off the main living area. There were also beautiful fireworks and stars every evening to sit on the balcony and relax and take in... The open sliding doors are a real treat and carry through a lovely breeze. The pool was one of the best pools we have ever seen and we have traveled quite a bit. It is perfect for children as the deepest part is no deeper than 4 feet and the wading pool "area" was great for our 2 year old toddler. The service at Maggie's, the pool side restaurant, was very reasonably priced and the servers where absolutely lovely. We also enjoyed the security people at the buildings as they were very kind and helpful. We felt incredible secure at the property and loved taking rides into town, the marina, and everything else you need is a quick walk or ride away. If you have large groups call down to the desk and ask for one of the vans, the drivers are wonderful and very helpful. There is also a Starbucks, and a couple restaurants just outside the gates, as well as a large upscale mall that has shops, good restaurants, and a childrens play area, amusement park within 2 minutes walk next door. Nelly was very helpful with accommodating our needs and was quick to answer questions. The house keeper did a wonderful job. We would recommend this spot for families and couples, anyone really... it is GREAT!

We were 2 couples that started our stay on Feb.27, 2018. This apartment was bigger than what we needed, but given availability at the time, we booked it. The apartment was exactly as advertised, overall in excellent condition with a great location. Parking underground was convenient, supermarket within walking distance, and frequent trips into the city (~20 mins.) very easy. Nelly was easy to access and responsive.

The condo needs an English guide book to assist clients on how to run the place. Examples: where does the garbage go? How do you turn on the TV for those of us that like to hear the news. The advertised two bedrooms with king beds is not true. Pushing two twins together does not make a king bed. Nellie was able to assist with most problems. The sinks do need stoppers that work. All in all it was a good location and very secure!

This was our first time visiting Mexico. We stayed here for five nights in December. This spacious apartment had plenty of room for our family of four along with our teenagers' two friends. We loved hanging out in the kitchen/common area with large sliding glass doors on two sides that open onto a large wrap around balcony, with a wonderful tropical breeze coming coming through. The apartment is tastefully appointed. We made good use of the beach, pool, and exercise room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downtown PV was a quick cab ride away. We really enjoyed our stay here - it made our vacation!

The 3 bedroom unit overlooked the ocean, downtown PV and the mountains to the east. All bedrooms had attached bathrooms with showers. The Master also had a bathtub. The unit was beautifully furnished. Parking, if you have a vehicle was underground with an elevator right up to your unit. Any minor issue we had was immediately responded to by the property manager, Nelly Arvizu replied immediately any time we emailed her with questionsThe maid came in twice per week and did a great job of cleaning. The third bedroom did not have a tv but the other two did. Stores and restaurants are close by. Taxis are summoned quickly at reception on the main floor or by the parking area facility. All staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The unit, building, grounds and pool are very clean. The beach is wide and very walkable. If you are a tv watcher and do not speak English, you should know there are very few English channels. We would stay here again in a minute. It would be great for families or 3 couples.

Our family of five is just returning from our weeklong stay at this property on our first visit to Puerto Vallarta. The property is exactly as promised. It is spacious, very well appointed with incredible light, views of the ocean and plenty of space to relax and take in the surroundings. As others have mentioned the security at the Peninsula is tight but in a good way particularly when you are traveling with teens/children. Once on property, you feel extremely secure. The pools are nice for wading and cooling off. Nelly was extremely helpfull throughout the booking process. We were thrilled with our stay at his property and would highly recommend it!

We stayed in this condo with our two adult children and their friends, and what an amazing time we had!! It's just as the pictures present it to be with plenty of room for all six of us. We stayed most of the time at the pool during the day and ventured out at night to some really great restaurants. We had an issue at first with the beach access cards, but that was settled pretty quickly with the help of Nelly, who was always very helpful during our stay. You'll really enjoy this condo!!

Our group of 3 couples stayed here 2June 2014. We loved the apartment, very comfortable and spacious. The one negative was we arrived and two bedrooms were made up in single beds not the double we had requested. The apartment was clean and although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well equipped if you needed it. Location is good, a bus stop and the start of the long driveway or taxis are quick. The pool is a little disappointing, great for small children, as it is only waist deep but not so good for adults. We didn't swim at the beach. We enjoyed our few days in Puerto Vallarta.

We stayed at this condo for nine nights in January 2017. It was amazing. I cannot recommend it enough. The condo is on the 15th floor of the Peninsula tower. It is conveniently located between the marina to the north and centro and the romantic zone to the south. The condo is just as it appears in the pictures. It is clean and modern and roomy. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bath. The kitchen is large. There are balconies on each of the three sides, including one overlooking the beach and Banderas Bay. Because it has a full kitchen, it is convenient that there is a grocery store about four blocks away; easily close enough to walk back with groceries. As shown in the photos, there is a large pool area with plenty of lounge chairs. If one wants to reach the beach, it's just a few steps down and through a gate to the beach. There is a small restaurant and bar available for snacks and drinks while laying by the pool or down by the bay. The staff at the Peninsula were all friendly and helpful. Nelly, the property manager, was helpful and easy to get along with. The experience could not have been better, and we will stay there again on our next visit.

We just spent a few days at this condo and our stay was amazing! Very spacious, extremely comfortable. The view was spectacular!!! Nelly made the process very easy. I felt I trusted her from the first day I spoke to her on the phone. Loved it. Will definitely try to come back.

This is probably the best apartment I have ever stayed in. It absolutely made our vacation. The view is utterly spectacular and I will remember if for the rest of my life. The furnishings were exquisite and I felt privileged to be there. The master suite was spacious beond belief. And the cross ventilation to die for. It had everything we needed to make a meal and eat on the fabulous balcony. The pictures just don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate and well cared for. Don't hesitate. This is the one to rent. Nelly made everything easy for us and the building people were extremely hrlpful about recommendations.

My family of four (two teenagers) just returned from Puerto Vallarta and a stay at the Peninsula. This is our tenth trip to PV and the location of the Peninsula is great - short drive from the airport, restuarants, grocery store, mall and a Starbucks within walking distance, short cab ride to downtown. Security at the condo was strict (in a good way) and very cordial. Food and service at the pool was fair but didn't get in the way of a good time. If you are looking for a great Mexican vacation......PV is your place.

We stayed in the condo at The Peninsula for a weeks vacation in Puerto Vallarata. The condo is great a location with short bus ride downtown or to Walmart for supplies. Condo is spacious and exceeded our expectations from the photos. The view is fantastic from the 15th floor from the deck in the front and the back. The building has on site security and they were also helpful in getting around town. Check in and check was very easy and accommodatin.

This property exceeded our expectations even after seeing the stunning photos on-line. The modern decor was mixed with some great local art which we saw in town at a gallery - and it is clear that no expense was spared in making this condo a showpiece. The bedding was soft and this master bed mattress was perhaps the best hotel/condo rental mattress I have even slept on! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and containers for left overs which was much appreciated the few times we chose to cook. The condo had a couple of water floats and we left some boogie boards for others to use. We actually spent a lot more time in the pool or in the comfy circular lounges and just walked on the beach when we wanted to grab some sunglasses and a paragliding excursion. I did notice the security guards moving some items when people were trying to "hold" lounges all morning - and that was appreciated by those of us that were actually trying to use the lounges. The location was also convenient with a 10 minute walk to the Soriana grocery store and Walmart was just a few minutes further. There was a great local BBQ restaurant about a 10 minute walk as well (ask the concierge - Naomi who is great - for the name of the sister restaurants - and she can give you a coupon!). Cab rides were easy to find at the security gate and were generally in the $4 to $10 range so if it is too hot to walk that's a good option!. There was a slight confusion at check-in since the security gate sent us to a building security where we asked for Yolanda (the housekeeper for this unit) but they were confused. As soon as they allowed us up to the unit Yolanda met us and gave us a nice tour with very limited English. Just make sure to ask Nelly (property manager) for perhaps instructions in writing and that may help. Rent this place - you will be happy you did so!

This unit was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. It was very spacious and comfortable. The property itself had a beautiful pool and the beach is just steps away. There are many activites available on the beach as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a relaxing ,wonderful vacation at your Peninsula PVR condo and highly recommend the condo and your services. The condo is well equipped with all essentials plus more,-- spacious, open bright, great decor, unique art, sculptures. Cool breezes flow into and throughout the condo both during the day and evenings from the various expansive sliding glass doors with shades,from 3 balcony directions, no need to even use ceiling fans. The panoramic views from this corner condo unit are just spectacular - with full ocean views of entire bay as well as the mountains, parts of city, both from the expansive and comfortable interior as well as the various balcony areas. One is able to enjoy the entire day, from sunrise over the mountains, the beach and pool areas, gorgeous sunsets, to evening lights and stars. The work done on the grounds, flowering bushes, trees and pool areas look lovely. We enjoyed our beautiful sunny PRV days at the condo, the pool, and the entire beach area.

This spacious, pristine property exceeded our expectations! I can't think of any amenity that was lacking. The entire complex is extremely welcoming, secure, and wonderfully maintained. The manager was very easy to work with, and answered all our pre-arrival questions in a timely manner. The location is ideal, with grocery options within easy walking distance, and a quick cab ride into the old city for dining and shopping. We will be back!

Our entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Arranging the rental through Nelly was a seamless process and the level of customer service provided was outstanding. It certainly helped make the planning process as stress free as possible. The Condo itself more than exceeded our expectations, which were already quite high based on the stunning photos. The space is beautiful, immaculately kept, fully stocked with any necessities and there is TONS of space. There are floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire unit, which makes it possible to enjoy the breathtaking ocean, city and mountain views. There are many amenities within walking distance (including a number of restaurants, Starbucks, a large grocery store, etc), Walmart is nearby and a quick cheap cab ride will get you to downtown PV in about 10-15 minutes. The pool area is very large, comfortable, relaxing and beautiful and having close and easy access to the beach was also wonderful. The staff at the complex (security, pool staff and concierge) were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is also incredibly secure. This was not our first trip to Puerto Vallarta, but it was our best. We had an absolutely wonderful stay, we didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to return as soon as possible!
