Casa del Mar is one of the original rustic style villas built in lower Conchas Chinas neighborhood. The home is conveniently located just 10 minutes by cab south of downtown or a 25 minute walk along the beach to the Malecon (boardwalk)  the heart of Puerto Vallarta. The main floor features a talavera tiled kitchen and a spacious open dining area, the classical dome in the main living space allows a flood of light to cascade into the room and create the sensation of vastness and peacefulness.

Right from the living room you can stroll out to a lovely sitting area with views of the pool, the beach and the sea beyond. By crossing the bridge over the villa entrance you can find yourself at the pool terrace where everybody in the group can enjoy its unique waterfall and pool.

On the main floor, there is the master bedroom, with a beamed cathedral ceiling, a king bed and beautiful marble en-suite bathroom, the French doors open onto the spacious pool terrace with views of the gardens and the sea.

On the same level there is a large second bedroom with beamed ceiling, a king bed and large marble en- suite bathroom, just a few steps up from the pool terrace, there are two more bedrooms, each with a king bed, beamed cathedral ceilings and private bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has individually controlled air conditioning.

The villa has a private area in front of the beach to watch the sunset. Other things to note: full staff service as follows: Cook available for shopping and preparation of breakfast and choice of lunch or dinner, daily housekeeping, beach concierge available to assist you with kayak and snorkeling equipment and suggestions on tours and activities.
