The condo was perfect for our family. There was lots of space to be together and even some smaller spaces for some quiet time too. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We would stay here again for sure!

Very comfortable, you don't hear noises from other people, so you relax and enjoy the place, clean and very nice.

The condo was beautiful and perfect everything was exelente only in the driveway if you fight to get in fear of arriving earlier but Nelly resolved it very quickly and very attentive. Just as observation, missing fret soap and paper towels in my opinion and add coffee but from ahi en mas everything was perfect. My family, I, we enjoyed it a lot ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

You get what you pay for! The place is beautifully decorated, the linens are ok and the ambience itself its good! Just for my experience not so much attention to detail, it makes you feel you' re one more guest out of a bunch, nothing special, becomes really mechanical and some of the rules are not clear! Its in an area where you will need a car to move around and because there's pretty much anything in the apartment you have to buy most of it, including basic stuff like coffee and sugar, there was a bit of oil but we needed to buy more to cover our needs if thats no problem for you, its a beautiful apartment that has the basics to enjoy your stay. Its pretty close to Sayulita by car 30mins and San Pancho another beautiful local beach! The premisses are beautiful and it's very organised and clean, the access to the beach and pools have restricted times, just be sure to ask about them before hand! The in site restaurant closes very early 5:30pm everyday!

My family and I were happy in this apartment. Nelly is an excellent host, we had some unforeseen events but immediately resolved them, very kind and attentive always. The apartment is super cute and cozy. Spacious and very private, it has thick walls as no noises from other apartments are heard and that is important when you want to rest. We'll be back in the future :)

Our family of 6 had a great stay here. The place was clean and had amenities we enjoyed such as the beach chairs and outdoor table and couches on the deck. The place had plenty of kitchen utensils, blender and oven dishes that we used regularly. There are large palms in front of the deck which kept the west facing sun off of the deck. So we were able to enjoy it in the afternoon without burning. The cleaner was friendly and thorough and our property manager was easy to contact via WhatsApp. Location: it was great! Pools were enjoyable. The beach is right there. Gorgeous sunsets every night. A quick 50 peso Uber took you to the Mega or La Comer nearby. We walked the nature trail over to Bucerias a few times. The *only* downfall (to no fault of the hosts) is that the gym is reserved for use by condo owners and not the renters. Thanks for the great trip!

We have rented several condos in this complex, this has been the best, nicely furnished and very well equipped, we paid a little more this time but it was worth it. Aria Ocean has some upgrades from last year, we were pleasantly surprised, we love the pool and the green areas, the easy access to the sandy clean beach make us come back year after year. We were regulars in Puerto Vallarta but we are happier now in Nuevo Vallarta, we found it more relaxing and peaceful still close enough to PV for day or night visits Rental manager in Houston very responsive and professional.

Everything was very clean and apparently just remodeled x that there were many new things, the kitchen is super equipped, everything was very nice and tasteful, the beach is super father without stones and the pool, I really liked it.

Condo Pros: - Layout is lovely with all rooms ocean view and huge balconies - Well appointed kitchen - Nicely decorated - Very clean & twice weekly cleaning service - Owner Nelly was responsive and eager to problem solve. - Second floor so it was easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Condo cons: - Gym was not ‘open’ to renters - Security safe broken - Combo washer/dryer took several hours to complete a load. - No extra bed pillows (one per person) Resort comments: - Seemingly geared towards seniors - Very quiet - Excellent location - Close to grocery stores - No activities, sports, games, entertainment. - Not accommodating to kids - forbidden to even throw a football in the empty pool.

The apartment easily accommodated three couples for two weeks. Wonderful balconies with ample furniture allowed us to lounge, visit, and eat together when not out and about the surrounding neighborhood and Bucerias. Walking distance to major grocery stores also made it easy to make our own meals. Nelly was quick to respond to any questions and Dameris, the housekeeper, did a great job cleaning. Located in the Aria Ocean complex, everyone in our group thought this place was fantastic!

Was extremely happy with the resort and ambience of the resort. Condo had everything you need and was super comfortable. Definitely would like to comeback in a near feature. Demary and Host were awesome definitely give them 5 stars.

Kent is a wonderful host. His place is amazing. All the pictures are accurate and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience. Hope to be back very soon

The place is as described, beautiful inside and out. Well kept up and the views are beautiful.
